Thank you for choosing Houseoftml Clothing for your special occasion. Please review the following rental terms carefully:
1. Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit of $1,200 CAD is required at the time of pickup.
- The deposit will be fully refunded upon the return of the dress, provided there are no damages, stains, or alterations to the garment.
- In the event of damage, repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit.
2. Dry Cleaning Fee
- A non-refundable dry cleaning fee of $120 CAD is required at the time of pickup.
- All dresses must be returned without additional cleaning by the customer. Professional cleaning is provided by Houseoftml Clothing.
3. Rental Duration
- The rental period will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Late returns may incur additional fees.
- 4. Dress Condition
- The dress will be inspected with the client at pickup and upon return.
- Clients are responsible for caring for the dress and avoiding exposure to permanent stains, tears, or other damages.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
