Returns & Exchange Policy — House of TML
At House of TML, we pride ourselves on delivering quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our updated policy below:
No Cash Refunds
All purchases are final. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to any form of original payment.
24-Hour Exchange Window
Customers may exchange an item within 24 hours of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received.

All original tags and packaging must still be intact.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are allowed only for items of equal or higher value.

If the item being exchanged is of higher value, the customer will be required to pay the price difference.

Items purchased on sale, clearance, or promotion are not eligible for exchange.

For hygiene reasons, certain product categories (e.g., accessories, intimate wear, bodysuits, etc.) may not be eligible for exchange.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
We will inspect the item and facilitate an exchange if the issue is confirmed.
How to Initiate an Exchange
